Buy to Let Service
Quay Accounting provides a special addition to the provision of its Personal Tax Service which focuses on the specific needs of individuals with "Buy to Let" property investments.
The buy to let market has grown significantly over the last 5 years. It is particularly driven by investors who are not generally running their own businesses and may not have access to professional accountancy and tax services to assist with completion of rental income statements and the supplementary pages for "Land and Buildings" and "Capital Gains" applicable to their self assessment tax returns.
This may mean that they are not paying the correct amount of tax and may not be complying with tax compliance regimes that exist.
Quay Accounting specialise in the provision of fixed price accounting services and are able to offer a fixed price buy to let service, including:
- Provision of a specific BTL accounting system
- Rental income statements
- Financial planning and cash flow forecasting
- Long term development of investment strategies
- Capital Gains projections and tax liability management
- Income Tax computations
- Capital Gains computations
- Completion of relevant SATR supplementary pages

This service is provided on a fixed fee basis calculated by reference to the number of BTL properties providing complete peace of mind concerning the cost of the service. Our fixed price is £250 for the first property and £125 per subsequent property, per annum, plus VAT. Fees are payable annually by direct debit on completion of the SATR supplementary pages.
Quay is also able to assist with raising finance for new investments and refinancing existing facilities through its associate Quay Financial Services, an independent and fully regulated IFA with authorisation to provide mortgage advice.
