Our Commitment
We are committed to maintaining the quality of our service and to applying our philosophy at all times. To keeping ourselves technically up to date, investing in technology and maintaining close communication with our clients and within our own business.
We aim to reply to all telephone calls or emails within 3 hours and to respond to letters within 24 hours.
We are not perfect all of the time and sometimes we may not achieve what we aim for, equally, technology has its faults with emails and letters going astray or suffering delayed delivery, but whenever, and for whatever reason, any delay has occurred we are committed to resolving the problem and, where it is our fault, we will admit any failing on our part.
Where a client has any cause for concern or complaint it will be investigated and dealt with in a manner consistent with our philosophy of fair and honest dealings.
