Fixed Fee Structure
All the work undertaken for you is on the basis of a fixed fee that has been agreed with you in advance.
We provide three general types of fixed fee service:
- Our monthly service is by far the most comprehensive service we offer, encompassing and includes assistance with all the day to day compliance issues that apply to your business and throughout the year. It is the most popular service we provide.
- Our annual service is more restricted and focuses on the end of year procedures. This service is generally used by larger businesses that are confident in their own resources or those clients where compliance is very basic.
- Finally our ad hoc service designed to handle those special one off occurrences that arise from time to time.
In all instances we enter into formal terms of engagement with you that set out our mutual responsibilities. We do not however use these terms to bind you financially to long duration; we believe you should retain the right to terminate any arrangement with us without fear of financial penalty. All our engagements are open in this way and may be terminated at any time.
Monthly fees are payable based upon calendar months by direct debit payable on the first day following the end of the month.
Annual and one off fees are payable by direct debit 30 days after completion of the work. (In very limited circumstances we may ask for payment up front on ad hoc services such as the winding up of a business).
Substantially complete accounting periods (where the accounting period is more than 75% past) will be charged on an annual fee basis to the end of that accounting period with the monthly fee applying from the beginning of the next accounting period, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
