Maintaining a personal service as client numbers grow is an established problem facing all commercial businesses, but it is more acute when handling the personal affairs of an individual.
When you join Quay you will be looked after by one person who is appropriately qualified and experienced. We call that person a Team Leader and they are solely responsible for all aspects of your affairs.
The team leader is supported by staff with varied qualifications and levels of experience in tax and / or accounting and assist with the day to day tasks but it is the Team Leader who is ultimately responsible for clients to make sure that our service meets the standards required.
Client numbers are controlled so that a team may become familiar with a client and manage their varied financial affairs.
